Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to serve the cardiovascular portfolio in the Orlando area. You will be the primary contact for medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments.

This role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and strategic account management. You’ll implement marketing plans, communicate clinical benefits, and meet or exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual programs while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience (Senior)
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales/clinical experience (Senior)
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales/clinical experience (Senior)
• Three or more years of sales within pharma/biotech/medical device industries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Maintain patient-focused sales ethics and Amgen values throughout the cycle.
