Job summary

Amgen in the United States seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in Cardiovascular to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategy, promote Amgen products, build accounts, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree OR Associate’s degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Sales/clinical experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of Sales/clinical experience OR High school diploma with 8 years of Sales/clinical experience.
• Preferred: pharma/biotech/medical device domain knowledge and local market relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs to meet targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and handling reimburse issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; plan with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain patient-centric focus throughout the sales cycle.
