Job summary

Cardiac Study Center, in partnership with Pulse Heart Institute, is seeking a Patient Services Representative (Call Center) in Spokane, WA. This full-time role supports cardiology scheduling, handles patient inquiries, and ensures accurate appointment details while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Training is provided for a high-volume, team-driven environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, 8-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced call environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and returning cardiology patient appointments.
• Maintain provider schedules according to guidelines and preferences.
• Ensure accuracy of patient demographics and appointment details.
• Reschedule appointments and manage cancellations as needed.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and empathetically.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards and document in EMR.
