Job summary

Cardiac Study Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a Patient Services Representative (Front Desk Traveler) to support the Cardiology outpatient clinics. The role covers scheduling, patient inquiries, and coordination across locations within the Pulse Heart Institute network.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with travel to Colville, Grand Coulee, Davenport, Colfax, Ritzville, Walla Walla, and Newport. It requires strong patient-service skills and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of Customer Service experience.
• 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling.
• Maintain a well-organized schedule per provider preference.
• Assist patients with any questions they may have.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.
• Assist with Coordinating communication between patients and other departments.
• Work in other locations as needed for coverage
