Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Handle high volume phone calls with patients, providers, and internal departments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments including follow-ups and tests.
• Assess caller needs and route to the correct team member.
• Provide patients with accurate appointment details and prep instructions.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy and assist with referrals and documentation.
• Enter, update, and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Support coverage needs and workflow improvements; communicate with leadership.
