Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume calls with patients, providers, and staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments including cardiology visits and testing.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure documentation is complete before scheduling.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information in Epic.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
