Job summary

AdventHealth, AHMG Cardiology Orlando at Mills in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Day shift. The role includes coordinating nursing care, responding to calls promptly, and supervising staff within the cardiology clinic setting.

Requirements include an RN license in Florida, Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and 2+ years of nursing experience. Willingness to float and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Must have active RN license in Florida.
Minimum 2+ years of professional nursing experience (preferred).
Willingness to float to other practices when needed.

Responsibilities

Acts as liaison between staff and other areas within the facility.
Assesses needs for personnel, supplies, equipment, and facilities for budget planning.
Responds to patient-related calls within 2 hours and prescribes per physician orders within 30 minutes.
Supervises nursing care activities and maintains records and reports.
Coordinates staff assignments and evaluates performance.
