The position involves 4 x 10-hour shifts, day/weekend schedule, and location at 2415 North Orange Avenue, Suite 201, Orlando. Competitive benefits and supportive growth paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Makes appropriate decisions and interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
• Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients.
• Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments and modifies plans as needed.
• Interprets diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
• Applies knowledge to diagnoses, procedures, medications and equipment.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and infection prevention precautions.
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience through communication with patients and families.
• Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team and hand-offs.
• Follows ANA standards and participates in practice improvements.
