You will act as a clinical resource and care coordinator, guiding patients through their care journey and supporting clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 3 years of nursing experience, 1 year of supervision, and a Virginia RN license with BLS; BSN is required, MSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Cardiology or cardiovascular experience preferred.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Virginia; BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader under Practice Manager for ambulatory care.
• Schedule and supervise clinic staff to meet patient care needs.
• Provide patient care and coordinate services to ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines/protocols.
• Collaborate with Physicians/NPs/PAs/RNs to deliver comprehensive care; delegate tasks to LPNs and MAs.
