The position offers a competitive hourly wage range, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. ADN is required with BSN preferred. Active RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• NCLEX-RN pass required.
• AMB-BC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and performs triage in person and by phone.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Provides patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinates referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Manage patient messages and results within scope.
• Supports prevention and population health outreach.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and stocked clinical environment.
• Documents care in the electronic health record.
