Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA, is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Practice Coordinator to lead ambulatory cardiology care coordination. You will act as a clinical resource, support patient navigation, and promote continuity of care in a busy cardiovascular clinic.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, with standard day shift hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and assign clinic staff to meet patient care needs.
• Provide direct patient care and develop clinical guidelines to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians/NPs/PA/RN to deliver comprehensive care.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs and MAs.
