Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a registered nurse with cardiology experience to support noninvasive cardiac stress testing. You will evaluate patient histories, perform cardiovascular assessments, and administer stress tests under cardiology supervision.

Responsibilities include IV access, Definity/contrast administration, and coordination with technologists. ACLS/BLS certification and ICU/critical care exposure are valued. Day shift, inpatient/outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license and cardiology experience.
• BSN degree preferred; hospital experience in imaging or outpatient settings is a plus.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and perform focused cardiovascular assessments before testing.
• Administer exercise and pharmacologic stress tests and manage IV access.
• Assist with Definity/contrast administration and echocardiography support.
• Monitor for adverse events and provide initial patient management per ACLS.
• Document assessments and results in the EPIC system.
