Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England seeks an experienced registered nurse to support noninvasive cardiology stress testing. You will review patient histories, perform focused cardiovascular assessments, and assist in exercise and pharmacologic stress tests under physician supervision.

The role requires CT licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and a BSN is preferred. You will work a day shift in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to noninvasive cardiology testing and document findings.
• Support stress testing procedures and coordinate with technologists.
• Administer medications and IV as per protocol; manage contrast and other agents.
• Monitor patient status during and after the procedure and respond to adverse events per ACLS.
