Qualifications

• BSN
• 3+ years of work experience in Nursing
• Active RN License in Ohio
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic leadership of the clinical component to ensure quality patient care outcomes.
• Develop and implement goals, standards, policies, procedures aligned with the strategic plan.
• Mentor and develop department personnel and foster IPM and shared governance.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation for the unit.
• Lead projects, coordinate timelines, and manage budgets in collaboration with leadership.
