Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing required.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Current RN license in state you live or in state of employment.
• Active multistate RN license in good standing or single state license with application in progress.
• BLS Heartsaver certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide nursing care for cardiovascular patients.
• Perform venipuncture and EKGs as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and post-hospital follow-up with care team.
• Assist with stress testing, TEE, cardioversion, tilt table, CCTA, and NIPS procedures as trained.
• Enter results into EMR and communicate results to physicians and patients.
• Support cardiovascular center operations and patient throughput.
