Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Cardiology Practice Operations Manager in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role leads day-to-day operations, including patient flow, staffing, and vendor management, while owning the practice's finances and revenue cycle.

You will partner with the physician leader to drive growth, improve workflows, and expand specialty services. The position requires extensive experience in medical practice management and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical practice management or healthcare operations experience.
• Cardiology or specialty medical practice experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to operate independently and own problems to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and facilities.
• Manage practice finances, billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, budgets and P&L reporting.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, coach, and manage clinical and administrative staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient experience, and overall performance.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and state requirements compliance, credentialing and licensing.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and specialists.
