Cardiovascular Practice in the West County area of St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our physician-owned cardiology office.

You will manage patient intake, registration, insurance verification, billing workflows, and supervise staff while ensuring CPT/ICD-10 coding accuracy and smooth revenue cycle management using eCW (eClinicalWorks) and practice management systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a medical setting.
• Understanding CPT/ICD-10 coding and revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice.
• Manage patient intake, registration, insurance verification, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and supervise all staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations; manage disciplinary actions and terminations as needed.
• Develop staff schedules and manage PTO, coverage, and overtime.
• Oversee revenue cycle, billing, coding accuracy, insurance claims submission, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor claim denials and manage vendor invoices and accounts payable.
• Re-credentialing of physicians and mid-level providers.
• Serve as primary administrator for the EHR system and train staff on workflows.
