Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking a specialized Women’s Heart APP to drive targeted cardiac care across regional outpatient clinics in Nashville and surrounding areas. You will join a team of physicians and APPs to manage female-specific cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy.

The role collaborates with general cardiologists and OB/GYNs to create seamless referral pathways, in a non-profit health system known for mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration requirements include BLS Provider within 30 days.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• RN license in Tennessee or multi-state license recognition (Compact State) prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialized outpatient clinics dedicated to female-specific cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis and ongoing therapy.
• Partner with general cardiologists and OB/GYNs to build referral pathways.
• Collaborate with support staff in an outpatient setting.
