Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform physical examinations.
• Order and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor response to therapies and adjust as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families.
• Make referrals and coordinate care across settings.
• Prescribe and dispense medications as appropriate.
• Assist in surgery and perform minor procedures.
