AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a cardiovascular services coordinator with RN credentials to support scheduling, care coordination, and performance improvement across cardiology and related specialties.

The role emphasizes high-level communication, data collection, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and admin staff to deliver quality cardiovascular care within a busy health system.

Qualifications

• RN with acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiac care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates timely scheduling with coordinators, supervisors, physicians, and patients.
• Monitors high-risk cardiovascular patients and provides necessary support.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to enhance cardiovascular service delivery.
• Maintains professional relationships with all customers and stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison to physicians’ offices regarding orders, medical records, and documentation.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary cardiovascular services including cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
