Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and patient history.
• Reconcile medications and document in the medical record.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling within an outpatient clinic.
• Manage EPIC EMR, processing medication requests and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate tests and procedures; may perform EKGs, lab tests, injections and phlebotomy after training.
• Maintain strong communication and organizational support for providers; on-site presence required.
