Candidates should have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, and 1–3 years of hospital or office experience. CMA certification within 90 days is required; comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $22.50–$27.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performs medical procedures: venipunctures, vital signs and EKGs as required.
• Receives specimens and documents information for tests.
• Manually documents patient specimens and test results in medical records.
• Review test results for completion and abnormalities.
• Schedule and register patients, answer phones, greet patients, assist physicians in the office.
• Perform duties as assigned.
