Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Oklahoma.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiology or acute care.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs and cardiac status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms.
• Educate patients on heart health, meds, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to implement care plans.
• Respond to cardiac emergencies per protocol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
