Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LPN license is required.

• BLS/Healthcare certification as required by the end of the month following 60 days from start date.

• Performs cardiology-related testing and procedures within LPN scope and policy.
• Obtains 12-lead EKGs and prepares results for provider review.
• Documents patient care and interventions in the electronic health record.
• Coordinates follow-up appointments and referrals with healthcare team.
