Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join an expanding team in western Pennsylvania.

Details/Benefits:

• Full-time, employed position
• The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide interventional services
• Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, TEE, cardioversions, temporary and permanent pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, as well as peripheral angiogram and intervention by vascular surgery
• Team consists of 5 full-time cardiologists (including 1+ interventionalist and 4 non-invasive cardiologists) seeking another interventionalist, plus 5 APPs serving two suburban areas
• Part-time services provided by 3 electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a heart failure specialist, 4 vascular surgeons, and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon
• Full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs
• Extensive primary care referral network
