Indiana University Health is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Manager to lead the Imaging Holding and related labs, coordinate staff, and partner with physicians. This onsite Monday-Friday day shift role may expand to evenings and weekends. Candidates should have leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Requires BLS certification through the AHA.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied Health; Master preferred; or an Associate degree with 5–7 years of commensurate experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy; physiology; physics; chemistry; and non-invasive technology.
• Knowledge in business applications and marketing.
• High level of interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical skills and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the department to provide the most effective patient care services.
• Manage Imaging Holding, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, EEG, EKG, and Telemetry Department staff.
• Serve as a liaison between the department and physicians, nurses and other hospital departments.
• This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift with potential evening/weekend rounding.
