Banner Health is seeking per diem Registered Nurses to join the diagnostic cardiology department in Tucson. You will collaborate with Fellows and Attending Cardiologists to perform transesophageal echocardiograms and stress tests, growing toward a Cardiovascular RN career.

This position offers flexible scheduling and no guaranteed hours, with competitive pay and a supportive team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Cardiac Diagnostic or RN procedural experience, BLS is required, ACLS preferred,

Qualificações

• RN license in the state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Call requirement: Saturday Day shift; must live within 30 minutes of facility.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan care based on nursing standards.
• Develop and update discharge plans with patient/family input.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan as needed; document findings.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to quality and safety improvement efforts.
