PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Cardiology. This full-time, 0.90 FTE night shift (1900-0730) offers a competitive salary range and union representation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Oregon certification.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Acute care experience preferred; knowledge of age-specific patient care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.
• Support mobility, transfers, and exercise activities.
• Take and document vital signs and patient information.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with treatments and basic tasks within CNA scope of practice.
• Maintain a clean, organized patient care environment.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
