Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of CMA experience recommended.
• National Certification from an accredited MA program.
• National Certified Medical Assistant designation.
• BLS certification with recertification every two years.
• National CCMA certification from recognized bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under physician supervision.
• Travel/floating between ACG offices as needed.
• Coordinate with RN to manage clinical supplies.
• Assist with accreditation tasks and infection prevention projects.
• Complete heart monitor interpretation charges for the office.
• Process medication authorization requests.
• Prepare and sanitize exam rooms and maintain supplies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Support medical record retrieval and related duties.
