Job summary

Boone Hospital Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a single practice location with up to 8 providers, or a hospitalist team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and clinical flow.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and develop staffing and budgeting plans in collaboration with department leadership, physicians, and administrators. Daily rounding supports patient flow and provider satisfaction, with responsive problem solving and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and development plans.
• Develops and adheres to department staffing, revenue and expense budgets.
• Oversees daily patient and provider flow with daily rounding and rapid response to barriers.
• Collaborates with physicians to optimize clinic workflows and scheduling.
• Responds to patient complaints and escalates as necessary.
