Qualifications

Five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles, budgeting, patient billing, and related systems.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, directing, monitoring and improving operations for assigned care centers.
Develop dashboards and management targets aligned with Mission, Vision, Values.
Collaborate with leadership and providers; manage provider relations and staff.
Oversee the care center budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
