Job summary

Qualifications

• NCCA-related credential (NHA/NCCT) with completion of education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients, collects assessment data, and prepares for examinations.
• Assists in exams, treatments, and clinic procedures; supports lab and screening activities.
• Answers calls, triages, and schedules appointments in the system.
• Verifies/updates patient records and coordinates referrals through insurers and other physicians.
• Collects payments and issues receipts; maintains and orders supplies.
