Job summary

Global Life Science Hub seeks a Clinical Territory Sales Specialist for the Minneapolis territory, focusing on rare disease and cardiovascular medicine. You will work in a high-growth, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical environment with an established team, driving strategic sales across cardiology accounts.

This role offers a base of $195k-$205k with a $68k target incentive, uncapped earnings and equity. You will join a high-performing team and collaborate with a partner to maximize territory

Qualifications

Cardiology pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience required or highly desirable.
Rare Disease / Orphan Disease experience highly desirable.
Rheumatology experience advantageous.
Established relationships within the local cardiology market.
Demonstrable history of quota attainment and sales overachievement.
President's Club, top regional/national rankings or comparable recognition desirable.
Strong career stability and proven territory ownership.
Must currently reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory strategies across key cardiology and specialist accounts.
Build and expand relationships with cardiologists, physicians and healthcare professionals.
Identify new patient and account opportunities.
Drive continued adoption and penetration across the territory.
Consistently deliver against ambitious sales objectives.
Collaborate closely with your territory partner and wider commercial team.
