Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is hiring a Business Development Operations Manager for the Cardiology portfolio. You will lead end-to-end BD processes, scope and price opportunities, and coordinate across clinical, operations, and legal teams to close contracts.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and patient outcomes, reporting to the VP of Growth in a hybrid Boston/ NYC setting.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, from scoping and pricing through contract execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working across clinical, operations, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end internal business development process from sponsor engagement through contract execution.
• Lead cross-functional scoping and pricing for new study opportunities.
• Support for sponsor interactions, pitches, proposals, and conference materials.
• Maintain pipeline reporting and visibility across the portfolio.
• Track deal progression, surface risks, and identify bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline BD processes to accelerate time to contract.
