Job summary

Sectra is seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Specialist to tailor cardiology solutions to customer workflows. You will partner with cardiologists, sonographers, IT teams, and hospital leaders through implementation, training, go-live, and ongoing optimization.

You will co-lead workshops, analyze workflows across Echo, ECG, Cath, Nuclear Medicine, and related areas, and translate clinical needs into effective configurations while delivering training and enablement across end users.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as cardiovascular imaging technologist or sonographer.
• Experience with diagnostic/interventional Cath, TTE, TEE, stress Echo.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Knowledge of PACS/CVIS and healthcare interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure Sectra's cardiology solutions to align with customer workflows.
• Lead customer workshops to define worklists, roles, and settings.
• Analyze cardiology workflows and translate needs into system configurations.
• Design and deliver training for clinicians and staff.
• Develop training materials and quick-reference guides.
• Support testing, go-live activities, and post-live optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as escalation resource for teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve efficiency.
• Assist with integrations with third-party systems and vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Integration Engineers.
• Travel to customer sites ~25–50% as needed.
