Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program OR Master's or post-Master's Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of clinical experience
• Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License OR Current Pennsylvania CRNP license and Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners through the AANP or ANCC
• Preferred None

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within APP scope of practice with appropriate training.
• 50% manage hiring, coaching, performance, productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations; develop policies.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints.
• Monitor financial and revenue cycle metrics like volumes, hours, expenses, revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage CME education.
• Implement ongoing education and CME approval process.
• Other duties as assigned.
