Pinnacle Health Medical Group of UPMC Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider Program Manager to oversee APP activities within the CPA Primary Care Service Line for UPMC.

The role balances administrative and clinical duties, directing orientation and training, recruiting candidates, and leading education and retention initiatives to support high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Develop APP initiatives and programming with clinical and administrative leadership.
• Assist in developing compensation, recruitment and retention programs for APPs.
• Direct and motivate staff to support goals defined by executive leadership.
• Establish policies and procedures defining APP and physician collaborators/supervisor activities.
• Standardize privileging and scope of practice for APPs.
• Communicate strategy and issues regarding APPs with leadership.
• Coordinate continuing education and student placement for APPs.
