Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PA or NP program (final year candidates okay).
• Current national certification by the NCCPA.
• Current PA licensure in Minnesota.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current certification by AANP, ANCC or AACN.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physicals.
• Develop differential diagnoses.
• Formulate assessment and management plans.
• Coordinate care and provide patient education.
• Participate in educational opportunities.
