Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification and licensure in Florida.
• Graduate of accredited program with current certification requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of Advance Practice Provider experience; 1 year in specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides inpatient management and co-management of medical and surgical patients under physician supervision.
• Performs diagnostic evaluations, formulates diagnosis, and collaborates on treatment plans.
• Prescribes medications and participates in rounds with the interdisciplinary team.
• Engages in education of students and staff and supports quality initiatives.

Education

MN or MSN or DNP or PhD or DNS degree in nursing
