AtlantiCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey to provide high-quality patient care within our specialty programs, collaborating with physician leaders to improve clinical outcomes. This role emphasizes cost-effective care, preventive measures, and participation in quality improvement and teaching activities.

Requires a Master's degree in nursing, active NJ RN licensure, specialty certification, and ACLS/BLS; experience in relevant clinical areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law is required.
• Current RN license in New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing.
• Certification within specialty area with granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center staff.
• NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C registry unencumbered.
• ACLS required in specified programs; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, cost-effective patient care in specialty practice.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, administration, and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and committee work.
• Contribute to educational programs and teaching activities within the organization.
