The position demands a Master’s in nursing, NJ RN licensure with certification in a specialty, and ACLS/BLS as required by specific programs such as Acute Cardiology and Heart Failure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or grandfathered by NJ Law required.
• Current licensure as an RN in the State of NJ and certified by the State Board of Nursing.
• Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, cost-effective patient care supporting specialty practice objectives and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with physician leaders and staff to improve clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and contribute to education and teaching activities.
