Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse specialized in Heart Failure (Cardiology) in New Jersey. You will diagnose and treat illnesses, collaborate with physicians, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while delivering cost-effective, compassionate care.

A Masters in Nursing is required, with active NJ RN licensure and specialty certification. ACLS and BLS/HCP are required; minimum 2 years RN experience in the field is expected.

Qualifications

Masters degree in nursing is required.
Current RN licensure in New Jersey with specialty certification.
NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C certification with granted privileges.
ACLS also required; BLS/HCP required.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the field.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality patient care and support specialty practice objectives and organizational goals.
Collaborate with physicians, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement efforts and committees; engage in peer review and education.
Maintain current knowledge and pursue educational opportunities to enhance practice.

Education

Master's degree in nursing

Certification in area of specialty (NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C)
