Job summary

Stratis Group in Nashville, TN seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role to educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes, supporting patient access.

You will develop a territory access plan, coordinate with sales and hub partners, document activities in CRM, and stay current on CMS policies and Medicare Part D for pharmacy products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related sales
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital healthcare systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week and reside within the territory
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities supporting patient access in provider offices and liaise with patient services.
• Educate on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Attend client meetings and cross-functional team calls; input activities into CRM.
• Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for the geography; monitor payer policy and formulary coverage.
• Ensure compliance with ROE and assist offices with insurance authorization and reimbursement.
