Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Cardiologist role located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Cardiologist will practice cardiology, including nuclear medicine, interventional cardiology, and vascular procedures. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive cardiac care, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with heart conditions.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Additional Responsibilities
Physician care includes general cardiology and diagnostic services such as EKG, Holter, stress, and echo interpretations. Stat studies will be interpreted and signed off the same day. Routine studies should be completed within 5 working days. Outpatient notes and encounters are to be completed within 24 hours; inpatient notes on the same day. The standard of care should meet or exceed standards established by TJC, VA, and the American College of Cardiology (ACC).
Hours: Physicians are expected to be available during normal clinic hours, currently 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
