RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Cardio Prog Care/Telemetry Registered Nurse for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. This full-time, day-shift RN role involves collaborative care, patient assessments, and evidence-based nursing in a fast-paced cardio telemetry unit.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS within 120 days, and 2–3 years of acute care experience. EPIC EMR familiarity is preferred and BC/BS benefits accompany total rewards.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS required; ACLS within 120 days of hire; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients and families.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Support physicians and providers with timely, coordinated care decisions.
