Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Infusion Nurse II with cardio-pulmonary expertise to coordinate care, educate patients, and administer medications across home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license, 5+ years of RN experience, and ICU experience in cardiac or pulmonary units. Travel to patients' homes within a large geographic region is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you'll be working and living.
• Active or eligible to obtain national certification (CRNI) or other relevant certification.
• 5+ years of RN experience.
• 3+ years of ICU experience in Cardiac/Pulmonary care units or related clinical roles.
• MSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination of care, education, and medication administration across home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings.
• Mentor and clinically train new nurses (Central Orientation Program).
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient condition and drug management changes.
• Contribute to operational and performance improvement goals through patient care excellence.
