Job summary

The Cigna Group, through Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver IV therapies in patients’ homes. You will build relationships with patients, coordinate care with pharmacists, and document progress to support positive health outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year in critical or home health, IV infusion skills, and a willingness to travel across a large geographic area.

Qualifications

• RN license active in state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments and progress to maintain patient records.
• Serve as primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
