Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, through Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver care in patients' homes, building relationships and supporting positive health outcomes.

The RN will administer IV medications, coordinate with care teams, document care and progress, and travel within a large geographic region. 24 hours per week, some evenings and weekends; valid RN license and 1 year in relevant settings required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• Minimum 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficiency with IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and geographic travel within a large region.
• Ability to commit to about 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications (including IV) in patients' homes.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and care teams to support patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in patient records.
• Serve as primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to improve outcomes.
