Active RN license and 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home health are required, with strong IV skills and the ability to travel across a large geographic region. A 32-hour schedule with some evenings/weekends is offered, plus competitive benefits.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
