Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy seeks an Infusion Nurse II – Cardiopulmonary to apply advanced nursing skills across home visits, clinics, and hospital settings, ensuring safe administration and patient education.

The role includes mentorship of new nurses, cross-team collaboration, and driving clinical excellence. Requires WA RN license, 5+ years RN experience, ICU/Cardiac/Pulmonary background, and willingness to travel within a large region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be working and living.
• 3+ years of intensive care nursing experience in Cardiac or Pulmonary units.
• MSN degree preferred or higher education.
• Willingness to travel to patients’ homes within a large geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and educate patients across home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings.
• Mentor and train new nurses, including competency demonstrations during home visits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address changes in patient condition or drug management.
• Lead with documentation and best practices to meet performance improvement goals.
